Mr. Elephant's breakfast time at the Dallas Zoo. This pachyderm stood still for quite a while, stuffing its mouth with food from its trunk. This gentle beast seemed to enjoy the attention it got from myself and my classmates as we sketched and pastelled him.The inside of the card has the title and artist info on the bottom left hand side. The background has a light b&w print of a grape cluster.
Dry pastel (powdered pigment crayons) is my medium of choice.
