FREE: Old US 5c Stamp from 1924 with Theodore Roosevelt

The listing, Old US 5c Stamp from 1924 with Theodore Roosevelt has ended.

Up for grabs is another old US stamp-- it's a 5c blue with Theodore Roosevelt. It's the perf 10 version, so I believe it is Scott number 586 from 1924. It is in used condition with what seems like a decent postmark for an old stamp. No faults that I could see. Nice old stamp!

Here's the bigger scoop: My mom and stepdad both passed away a few years ago, and I've been going through some of their old stuff-- they were both dedicated "savers" of everything. In some ways, I guess they were borderline "hoarders." My stepdad accumultaed stamps, and this is from his collection-- although it's more like a giant pile of messy album pages and envelopes.

I think people should have fun bidding on stuff-- that's what auctions are all about! So the starting bids for my stuff will always be is FIVE credits, and we go from there, no matter HOW valuable something might be.
