If the flat rate boxes go to Canada then I could, but I'm not sure if they do. If they don't than if the address is in Canada shopping would not be free.

you can use 1st class to Canada I only pay 4 bucks at most and i ship to Quebec all the time, just a tip,

Anything like a cd,dvd or anything weighs less than a pound, always use first class or Media mail. You will not pay more than 4 bucks at anytime.
