I made this ladybug baby out of clay, then baked it in a special, new oven that will never be used to cook food. The baby was painted with reborn paints (3-4 very thin layers). The shell is a red clay and I painted the black spots. I glued the baby onto a few leaves I bought fro a crsft store to bring this baby out more. This baby has very fine details including blushing and creases (my camera isn't very good it looks much better in real life).. It measures only about 2 inches long. It takes a lot of time to make one of these. I love to make reborn baby dolls but I thought I would like to try making clay babies. I tried to add lots of picts. so you can see all around the baby.
