It was given to me as a gift many years ago. There are no markings. It's not real silver or gold. :)
It is heavy and the detail is very nice. Could probably use a little cleaning but it is very pretty.

It was given to me about 6 years ago but it wasn't brand new then. It was given to me by my aunt and I can't tell you where she got it or how long she had it. I came across it while "tidying" up her house. It was in a drawer and I just thought it was unique. I mentioned to her about how "cool" it was and she just said I could have it. I didn't even think to ask her anything else about it and she didn't say any more. :)
Then it sat in my jewelry box all that time. I always meant to get a chain for it but never did and now I've just gotten to the point where I very seldom wear any jewelry and don't want this to sit around forever not being worn. :)
