Large crimson-red flowers growing profusely on vines climbing over 12 feet is what you can expect with this variety. They will climb on just about anything and I have had them completely engulf fences and trellises. They work great planted at the base of bushes and small trees, adding morning color to drab areas. They start blooming when they get about 3 feet long a will continue to bloom up until frost. For most of the Summer the blooms are best viewed in the morning, but by late Summer/Early Fall they will remain open all day. These are an old Heirloom Variety and are not GMO.
