I go to Dollar General and pick up the pack of 2 padded manilla envelopes for around 1.50 , sometimes on sale buy 1 get one free and it costs around 2.25 to mail it with a light item such as this. Still costs you gas to go to post office and tracking is around 1.05 so $4 is probably only your cost. I understand and hope others do as well. I have one of these enclosures and it works well. A similar one from Office Max is around $25-$30
