Verizon Sierra Wireless Air-Card 580 Mobile Internet Adapter Part# 1100381. Slightly used and in good shape. Was on my account before but have smart phones now so no need for it. Also newer laptops so no slot for this. I checked with Verizon and verified that it has a clean ESN and can be activated anytime. Original case with all original contents are included.
