i loved this diet after week 1 i had energy i felt good i wasnt hungry all the time
by week 2 i was able to work out again for the first time in months
and by week 3 i had dropped 10 pounds felt great looked great my skin was clearer my body had completely detoxed i seen less pimples my hair was more beautiful and was even growing a little faster had i continued the diet i would have reached my goal in just another 3 months
this diet is wonderful you dont give up good food when you are on it so it takes little to no self control and the workout plan works out to your advantage
