This award would refer to as a Scout-like award. I would refer to the follow webpages for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts don't have a wiccan or Pagan Award for youth. The COG awards for auction offered they may fit into the wiccan/Pagan Earth Based Spiral Scouts. A scout or in a certain case a Scouter can earn award, what would suggest is inquiry if can wear on Scout Uniform. If find that can't wear on uniform, then suggest following. The award can be worn on a non scout uniform such as a jacket or shirt that is not official scout uniform clothing.
