This is my 1st turtle baby. I made this turtle baby out of clay, then baked it in a special, new oven that will never be used to cook food. I painted it with reborn paints (3-4 very thin layers). I also made and baked the shell. After I painted it I glued it onto the baby. This baby has very fine details including blushing and creases (my camera isn't very good it looks much better in real life).. It measures only about 2 inches long. It takes a lot of time to make one of these. I love to make reborn baby dolls but I thought I would like to try making clay babies. I tried to add lots of picts. so you can see all around the baby.
