How is the sound/volume? We have one but the volume is horrible meaning when turned all the way up it's still too low to hear. Thanks watching this one!

Does the dvd player fold flat with the screen on the outside (like a tablet screen), or does it stay open (like a laptop)? Hopefully that question makes sense.
