Well they actually fit and I wear an 18 but j didn't like the skinny leg and ankle

Normally a 3X would fit a size 24 pants size. Are you saying they only fit an 18?

No they are stretchy , just saying I wear an 18-20, not tight I'm sure a 22-24 would be fine .
