I have decided to offer a very special hand carved necklace here today. I don't normally put these on here, because they are quite expensive & they are also expensive to ship, due to the size & weight. This gemstone is called Amazonite, & yes it is real, not a faux stone. The butterfly is the Amazonite stone. The pitting you see on the butterfly is natural to the stone, not damage. Going up from there, you see a blue ball of crystals, then the next larger bead is a gemstone called Prehinite, after that you have a large faceted Rainbow Topaz stone. Then the next bigger stone is a light green Dragons Vein Agate faceted bead. The rest of the beads are blue & light green crystals. Most of you know, that I know quite a bit about jewelry as I have been dealing with it for many, many, years now, & I can tell you if you bid on this one, you will be getting a great deal!! It will likely cost me more than $10.00 to ship to the USA or Canada, but I will just ask you to subsidize the shipping by paying $5.00. Remember I am in Canada, & we have expensive shipping up here. It is 18 to 19 inches long, depending o n if I count the closure or not. It is not adjustable. The butterfly is 32/8 inches wide at the widest point. If this was in my shop it would be priced between $75.00 to $100.00. This piece was hand made in Australia. I know it will be too big for some of you to wear, but I also know there will be a lot of ladies that will love it. Please bid generously, so I don't take a huge loss on it.
