My mother-in-law collected tea cups & saucers! I'm wanting to add to her collection! Where was this made? Very pretty set! F&W!!

This says "Original Napco China" hand painted 1DD5313.
There is a word underneath it but it's only half there & with looking at it My guess is it says China, But again that's just my guess.
