All Southern California, and Las Vegas, NV. Other cities and states locations with an extra fee. They also do destination wedding planning.

It when you get married out I the area you live at. For instance you want to go to Hawaii, Florida, California, Nevada etc and you don't live there you would hire a planner to plan you wedding another area. They set up your hotel, vendors, meet with everyone and travel for you and keeping everything within your .

For Indiana the travel fee is for the candy buffet or chocolate fountain set up. The wedding packages would be under destination weddings.

Yes there is a delivery fee outside the home area. The business is based out of Las Vegas,NV and San Diego, CA. Free delivery within 400 miles of those cities anything further then that there will be additional delivery fee.

You can use one Cert for each different packages. Like if you have 3 cert you can use one for Wedding Planning, One for Chocolate Fountain, and one for Candy Buffet.
