Don't ask for a refund, if you have under 100 feed back and less than 100% rating!! ...I'm getting tried of scammers taking advantage of the Listia system and will start putting this disclaimer on all my auctions! Remember these are coming from China..So..the shipping takes 4 to 5 weeks...You've heard the saying,
