Mariko, while pleinedidee is correct in what she says, perhaps she has forgotten what it was like in the early days when none of us know what we're doing, lol! In order to get your account verifications, go to the extreme top right hand corner of this page, where it has your username...Click on your name, and when the drop down menu drops, Click on 'View Profile'...When you arrive on your 'Profile Page', look on the Left side, immediately below your picture...You will see six (6) empty circles there, wait, for some reason, you only have five (5). No matter, if you will put your cursor over each circle you will see what each represents...the 1st two (2) will be added to you once you've listed enough auctions to qualify, there's nothing you can do to fill them in now. The OTHER THREE (3) can be verified NOW, and NEED TO BE. To get them verified, simply click on one of the circles and follow the instructions to verify that item (for instance to verify your phone #), then move on to the next circle until all are verified. This will give your bidders confidence that you are a bonafide Listian and that they can count on you to follow through on your auctions. It will get you more bidders and higher bids.
