Ipod touch 1st generation 16gb. This is a working Ipod however if you notice in the third photo it has two lines on the bottom this is due to a crack in the LCD not the screen itself. The 4th picture shows the missing corner piece. It is scratched and is by no means close to perfect Condition but it is fully functional. I will not lower my GIN or days. No it is not locked. It comes on connects to the internet, plays music, and downloads games. It is scratched and those two lines do appear in the LCD.
