Description

The listing, Antique Ornate Box * Japan * has ended.

This is a neat antique box that has a ornate swirl top. Marked Japan on the bottom. Do not know to much more then that. It has a small crack on the back by the hinge but, doesn't effect it at all. Measures 4 1/2" long 1 3/4" tall and 3 1/2" wide.

I cannot say for sure but, it is silverish and has alot of patina all over.

I have something similar and have seen others. They are mainly copper then silver coated cause silver and copper bond easily.
