FREE: Giant White Bird of Paradise

This is a gorgeous plant that gets VERY large! Also known as The Travelers palm. The flowers are over a foot long and a beautiful blue and white in color. These can be started indoors and then moved outside once they have outgrown their containers. They need a sandy well-drained soil and should not be planted too close to the house or you will be pruning often. Although they are a tropical plant they can withstand a hard freeze but may lose some leaves. Also in colder climates they won't get as large as the one in the second pic, and may not bloom. But they will still be beautiful. Bidder will receive 5 seeds from my backyard plant. Thanks for bidding!
