The listing, Set of 2 Handmade Raccoon Tear Bear paper piecing embellishments FREE Shipping has ended.

2 Handmade Raccoon Tear Bear paper piecings. Made from expensive thick handcrafted 150gsm-165gsm mulberry paper. They each measure approx. 4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches wide.

21 day auction without GIN! This will give everyone a chance to get this....

Definition: Tear bears are circles, ovals and similar shapes torn from mulberry paper to give it a fluffy real like look and assembled into the shape of a teddy bear before being glued together.

There are many uses not limited to scrapbooking layouts, cards, framed with a picture, magnets. The possibilities are numerous!

Don't miss out! I can't make the same tear bear again. If I have the materials I can make one similar. But each tear bear or critter comes together in my hands. They take on their own personalities.

Shipping is FREE USPS First Class with no tracking. I ship nearly everyday. You will receive notification.

How long does it take you to make one?

Depends. These raccoons took 9 hours or so. But, I designed the pattern to make it and that took atleast 4 hours. They always take the longest the first time I make it. A plain bear takes me the least amount of time about an hour.
