She was close to a year before I switched her out of the carseat that it was on. This cover goes over the car seat, so if you baby still fits in one of the infant seats then it should work. Hope that helps.

Not sure what you are asking but I do all my mailing from the post office. I do also send tracking numbers when I ship. Hope that answers your question.
