what does it do?

It measures shots. You pour the shot and the cap measures "the right amount" that's suppose to be in a shot. I have never used this particular item. I can only assume that it works.

I am out of minutes on the tracfone, it is 5 inches long and five inches around, it is standard size, the same you see the bartenders use.
