Again, thanks to my monthly beauty box addiction, I mean subscriptions, I have been yet again introduced to great cosmetic lines that I had never previously heard of. I own a Jelly Pong Pong already and really like it....I was surprised at how much I do like it. But seeing as I have entirely too many eyeliners/shadows & it will be a long time before my Jelly Pong Pong is gone, I am listing it for a lucky Listian to win!

➳The liner has enough slip that you will not be tugging at the eyelid yet sets about 30 seconds later, allowing you to smudge it you want.

➳Lasts a very long time, as long as my favorite UD liners.

➳If using as a liner, allows a thin or thick line.

The shade is 'Plum' which looks great against all eye colors but I think is awesome with green eyes.
