It contains patterns and instructions for 2 views of halter top, one with lace trim, on without, 2 views of blouse with round neckline and either puff or butterfly style sleeves, 2 views of skort, one with lace trim and one without, and 1 view of shorts. It is a size 5

The pattern is a size 5 not a 6x this pattern does not have the outside envelope it just has the uncut pattern with all instructions ( that is why i said it contains uncut pattern and instructions) but no outside envelope that is photo of what it is
