This top is another of those I thought I could not live without! As soon as I got it, I realized I am way too short to wear this. It has never even been tried on.
The material is quite stretchy and the measurements, laying flat, are as follows:

Chest: 23"
Length Shoulder to hem: (L) side - 28", (R) - 32"
Across the bottom: 26"
Sleeve length: 23"

The embellishment is a shiny flower design, but it does not stand out really bright, it is more subdued.

With jeans this would be a terrific top {:o)
