Please read description: The laptop runs kinda slow..not sure if there is a virus on it or just needs update..Person bought it from said she only used it for school. .we took a lot of add aware off of it..but my husband and I are no computer wiz so don't know what else could be wrong..BEFORE you bid you must have a verified address I will not ship without one and will not refund credits because you didn't bother to look.. Have any question please feel free to ask..

And there wasn't any anti virus on it when I got it we had to put one on it..I just put a new one on it last night and the last 2 photos are what it came up with..

run a disk defragmenter, if its running windows 7 then just type "disk" and it will be the first application.

I'm the 2nd owner and I only got the notebook that's it no paperwork...we paid a good penny for it and they didn't tell us it had problems...so I'm trying to be as honest as I can..last two phones is some of the reasons it needs redone...
