First of all, the back case does not want to stay on the back. Other than that, this phone works and works very well. I like this phone better than mine except for the back case. But I use double sided tape and it works well. The phone is NOT LOCKED. The battery is still good and I don't know much more than that. I bought it at an auction. It has a BR56 battery in it. Smoke free home. The phone has a lot of music on it like the Beatles and a bunch of others. There seems to be ton of games and a tv viewing program as well.
