Beautiful ring, I don't care for large over blown rings , is this one really large?

no its not ELIZABETH TAYLOR SIZE but just the right size to draw attention. I like smaller stones( carat on under) but I LOVED THIS RING just did not fit my fingers due to arthritis. But it is so pretty and is not heavy but the setting is high and makes them look substantial. My guess i center stone is approx carat and half or 1.75. side stones are each .75 from comparison from my real diamonds. it is a definate ohhh ahhh ring for sure without being obnoxious.
