I've had this coin for many years, and am now letting it go from my collection. It is a pretty neat coin to have!What your seeing is a U.S. mint nickel that had been stamped (rolled) incorrectly. Under tremendous pressures it's now expanded to the size of a quarter. Only the outline of Jefferson is visable on the front, and on the obverse you can just make out Moticello and it's pillars. The date is hard to read, but beleive it says 1955.
