(¯''•.¸*♥♥♥*¸.•''¯) .....ღ(。◕‿◕。)ღ..... 50+ seed easy to grow... RED, PINK....YELLOW... &... WHITE....These plants grow to three feet and bloom in the afternoon, great for Hummingbirds and Giant night feeding Moths in the Midwest Have a wonderful aroma.
Can be planted in planters, used as border greenery and color or just placed about the garden. Low water requirements, likes well drained soil Place seeds on soil, lightly press down, cover with 1/2" to 1" of dirt and keep warm and moist. Will germinate best in 70 to 80 degree soil. The seeds have a very hard shell and I soak mine in water overnight before planting. The first seedlings appear in about 7 days. Will bloom up until the fall. The new seeds will fall for restart in the Spring.
The 4 O'Clock will produce root tubers which will sprout new plants the following season. Mulch over the bed after the growing season to protect the tubers from freezing. Thin your plants in the Spring to make for healthier growth and easier to support when needed. ....

I love these, i have some in my garden and they are so hardy down south here they love the heat and i did some research and they originated in africa...but i love how the flowers open around 4 pm after the sun moves away ...my four o 'clocks seem to be very on time...so my kids and i enjoy watching them around 3:45 to view them as they begin to open up one by one :)
