Description

The listing, Lot of 6 Jersey and Patch cards w/ David Wright, Jason Kidd & more READ DETAILS has ended.

2008 Upper Deck UD Jersey FREDDY SANCHEZ (Pittsburgh Pirates)
2010 Topps All Star Commemorative Patch RALPH KINER (Pirates)
2012 Topps All Star Workout Jersey DAVID WRIGHT (New York Mets)

2006 Upper Deck Rookie Debut Future Star Materials LEON WASHINGTON (New York Jets)

2002-03 Topps Xpectations Xtra Threads Relics JASON KIDD (New Jersey Nets)
2005-06 Upper Deck Slam Dunk Swatches KURT THOMAS (Phoenix Suns)

*bonus non-jersey card: 2013 Topps "The Greats" MARIANO RIVERA (New York Yankees)

None of these cards are mint. Many were damaged in transit from a Listia seller to here due to faulty shipping procedures. While they have no home in my collection, I have to guess someone would still like them. A couple of them are still pretty decent.

Assessment:
-David Wright card has a fantastic front but a stress mark on back.
-Jason Kidd is a great looking card that has a surface impression; you have to angle it in light to see the "damage".
-Kurt Thomas has edge damage, left side.
The other three jersey cards plus the Rivera have some level of creasing associated with bending cards.

Bending happens when the post office puts your thick card in a plain white envelope through a machine that bends the piece at about a 20 degree angle. Most regular flat cards can sustain this impact without damage; "relic" cards and heavy stock cards usually cannot.

Thanks for looking, happy bidding, and good luck!

Such a shame w/these cards. I must admit that I have rec'd several creased & damaged cards from Listia sellers, who don't understand that you cannot ship thicker cards in regular envelopes. They still have value though.

To be fair, in many cases I am just happy to recieve the card in the mail, damaged or not ... but to be sure, I bid to add them to my collection, not to put them up here in bunches so I can spend $4 trying to get a few of my credits back. I have 3 of the Kiner cards you see in this auction. I won all 3 on here ... and all 3 are creased. Ugh.

I have some GU jersey cards that I bought on EBay that came damaged from the PO. I am relisting them on here since I can't resell them in the condition they are in.

I don't resell; I'm just anal ... er, "meticulous", lol. I can tolerate some small next-to-the swatch hairline creases if the player is someone who I have a focused collection for, but otherwise ... they go here.
