Please don't take this as being rude, it is for safety purposes. I just saw on last night's news (1/30/2014) that 3 pacifier's were being pulled from the market due to pieces falling off them and the little ventilation holes not big enough...this was one of them. I'm not sure which brand it was but wanted to let you know just in case. :)
