No cd/dvd drive its netbook sized. As far as programs it has the standard android apps installed.

is anything wrong with it? does the keyboard work (no sticking keys)...the mouse work...still have 6 hour battery life (unplugged)...all ports work...speakers work...volume work...all apps included work...and charger works?

Battery is fine, no startup disk was included with this item screen resolution should be in the description above

No bluetooth . Not sure about resolution search for it on Amazon and you may get a better answer.

Can it download apps from google play? Also any firmware updates?
Adobe does have android versions, by the way, I have flash play and photoshop on android

what windows software does this support? I mainly need this to operate microsoft office (publisher+excel) Is this capable?
