If he doesn't send you a verified address within a week after the auction ends, you have the right to relist and keep the credits. He might request a refund, but all you have to do is argue it. If he really didn't send a verified address in time, the moderator will put it in your favor.

You should mention your reason for relisting for big things like this. Watching!
