The stone is a large 10 mm Round, or Brilliant-cut garnet-red Cubic Zirconia. It is set in a four-prong 18K Yellow Gold-Filled Solitaire setting that is 3 mm underneath, widens to 5 mm, and narrows again to 3 mm next to the stone.

This is a very attractive design that sets the stone off very well, combined with the large amount of light that is admitted from all sides to give it a LOT of life!
