For your bidding pleasure I have a previously owned KYOSHO MULTI CHARGER II #1849. This charger is New old stock still in the box with instructions.

This unit rechargers various NI-CAD batteries in about 20 minutes using a 12V automotive battery. One feature of this charger is that in order to prevent over charging, the electric timer may cut off charging operation when battteries are fully charged. Safe and simple to operate.

Excellent deal for the price of a bid!

I've never used this kind of charger to charge phone batteries that are NiCad. I don't see any reason that you couldn't, but I would check the specs of the batteries first for compatibility.

Yes, and actually most rc applications that use the NiCad battery pack. I've not personally used other battery packs, just NiCads so again, I suggest that for anything different please check the specs.
