I recycle envelopes, so if the envelope that your item comes in looks like it has been through the mail a couple times, it probably has.

I usually, unless otherwise stated, mail my items the same or next day.

will the case hold 20 cigarettes?

I roll my own cigarettes and using the cigarettes that I have rolled, it holds 18 cigarettes. But if I buy a pack of cigarettes (20 in the pack) at the store and then later use that pack to put cigarettes that I have rolled in that pack, I can only put 18 of the cigarettes that I rolled in the pack.

I believe that if you were to use this cigarette case to put cigarettes in that you purchased from the store that it would hold 20 cigarettes.

But if you are using this cigarette case to put cigarettes in that you have rolled, I know that it will only hold 18 cigarettes.

Depends on where it is going. I live in western Pa and this will go out in the morning. Estimate 3 - 4 days at the most, but that depends on distance and the post office :-)
