oh ok. i havent mailed usps before only first class. if the winner wants it to be first class in bubble wrap envelope could u do that?

i will do what the winner wants but they will have to wait until i get a bubble mailer large enough for it to fit in and check with the post office on the cost. i dont want to be stuck with paying for overage. i typically ship flat rate so i know that there wont be any hidden fees and because the confirmation is included in the flat rate amount. the first class mailing would be the price PLUS amount for confirmation.
