I have one of the "A" type personality - go go go, that is probably why I had my 1st stroke (couldn't speak for near 1 year - had to learn how to REspeak) at age 47....think it was the good Lord's way of telling me,.. if you don't "SLOW down", I'm going to make you ;)

The fish in picture is my first 8 pound cat I caught last year, I caught a 10 pound next. I don't get out on pontoon not near as much as I'd like (we take our Now 4 dogs along with us...so they don't get lonely, because we are gone all day when we go fishing. Gardening I love and it is a CONSTANT work out. Anyway, thanks for the compliment on one of my catches....as you can see "One" of our guys Hunter - dalmation, who we had for 8 years, is just laying next to me on the bench...the others are on the floor of pontoon....it gets a bit "crowded" LOL.

Spanish Food is REALLY healthy (I am part vegatarian - Only Meat I eat is Fish, and organic cheeses, soy milk (which is Way lower in Calories and Much better for a person). My body feels better since I stopped taking in meat (never really Liked meat much, but do Miss those JUICY cheeseburgers...so Now I Buy Morning Star burgers, made with beans, black beans, etc. and they TASTE like REAL BURGERS, Plus there is so much out there and I LOVE Mexican food too (and a lot of their music ;) Chili Rellenoes is really high fat.........but I LOVE THOSE as well ;)

Lol! Apparently Hunter could give a damn about your fish. I've wanted a pontoon for a while. I live in south Florida about three blocks from the water... Sigh... Maybe someday....... Right now I'm about to go on a buying spree on your upcoming auctions... There's about five getting ready to end.... Let's see how many I can win. BTW... the tomatillos I got from you are looking good. Where I live it's growing season all year!

You're right........He could give a dang about it...all our guys (dogs) love going with us, especially when we pull to shore (near the pettenwell dam here) and they go running in the sand. I am one of "THOSE" avid Animal Advocates, which is pretty obvious. Wonderful about the Tomatillo Seeds. I learned the First Year after Planting SO MANY...all I needed was to plant 2 plants because they are SO Prolific. LUCKY LUCKY YOU....I am jealous, I want to GROW All Year too. I hope you WIN all that you Want. It is getting close to starting seeds inside for me.....temps here have been in -15 to -20 degrees, terrible, I want to Move so bad more south, it's killing me ;)

Yes, their are traditionally made with POblano's, which I have also listed.......they are YUMMY......but I think you can make and/or use any pepper you like. I would definitely stuff Cheese (low-fat of course) into these too. BUt to add them to ANYTHING is great ;)

oh annemckinney50 - the pontoon was a "GIFT from out neighbor next door"...we stopped 2 Robberies at his place and he said to us, that he never used the pontoon and it was just rotting away. We (every neighbor on this deadend street) lives on 2 1/2 acres. Our neighbors that are never around (there place is a vacation home next store to use), GAVE US this pontoon. It is small, but to me it is a "BLESSING", because I wanted one my whole life, but like everyone else, it take Money, which especially after my stroke (causing not only loss of speech, aphasia, and trigeminal neurolgia, it through me out of the "public workforce (like many)".....so there are Hardships, then there are Blessings :).....Maybe some day you may get your Pontoon too!
