honestly no it doesnt. FYI: This is an Irish Claddaugh ring. The holding hands means unity, the heart means love & the crown means loyalty. I bought one here recently that looks exactly like this one. judging by the size compared to the quarter, at least I think its a quarter, its an adult sized ring probably a 7 or 8. As far as the back, it looks to me like it has been sized and soddered at some point and the sodder came out. Its a very pretty ring...I know I love mine...very unique. A little PS the ring is in my hand it's less than a half inches around is never been the spacing it is a natural split so you can open and close the rain

Sorry trying to use my phone on this at the split in its natural it was made that way it's never been sized. I can't even get it on my pinky not even the tip of my pinky.
