Like I said, put hubby in charge of inventory .... from the sounds of it, that would keep him busy for a long time! How is the real estate situation there, getting any better?

no, not much better. The house across the street sold for a short sell, but most have fallen thru. Yeah, that would keep him busy, but he'd just throw them away, lol.
