I don't guess I've ever had anything made of "Tibet Silver".... will it turn?

what do you mean by turn? It doen't tarnish like sterling silver and I have never had a problem with any of mine. I sell them at craft fairs and have some around for a long while and have never seen any turn. They don't turn my skin either. It is a metal alloy similar to pewter.
