I don't see where it says it on the bottle, but below is a blurb from www.ecocanteen.org (manufacturer) and I am drinking out of one of them right now and I can tell u, it is stainless steel. Love it!!

The first reason is because it’s stainless steel (Sigg is aluminum). Eco Canteen won’t harbor germs and bacteria like plastic. And as I said above, I’m notorious about forgetting to wash mine out after the gym. So, this is a lifesaver.

Another great thing is the mouth; it’s got a wider mouth than Sigg, which makes it easier to drink from when you’re active. And, you put ice cubes in it. Bliss.

Plus when I do remember to clean it, the wide mouth will accommodate a sponge (my Sigg won’t). So, it’s easier to wash.
