I saw a couple of your other listings where you said Blu-Ray.

It doesn't matter if it comes from a DVD or a Blu-Ray. That has no effect on the format of the digital copy.

That's a common myth. For most studios, the general rule is - a Blu-ray copy provides an HD version, and a DVD copy provides SD.
I have over 200 movies in the UV cloud, and can speak from personal experience.
