This is a clear (looks white in pic because of white sleeves inside) CD/DVD wallet. Pre-owned, but I don't think it was ever used. Zipper closure. Holds 12. Has a small finger loop for carrying. Material is maybe plastic or vinyl (not sure), edging and finger loop is fabric.
