Brand new, just received today in my naughty and nice mystery box! I already have one, so am offering up to all the Julep Fans!

This is the Julep Eye Liner pencil..one end is black, the other end is brown. Comes with a sharpener. I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner! it goes on so easy, nice and black! no pulling on the delicate skin of the eye.
