"NWA" Wings with peel off stickers on the back.Northwest Airlines (NWA) Kiddie Wings. These are what the flight crew gave to kids if they were good. NWA is no longer, as it merged with Delta Air Lines.

Set of three and they are not quite 3 inches long and not quite an inch wide. Made of plastic.
