It is an old cardboard-ish sign, exact materials unknown - thanks for asking (:~ It is old but sturdy, more of a collector's item than anything else (:~

Thank you much - I have 2 from my deceased aunt - I am auctioning this one and keeping the other one - whoever wins - I will seek advisement as to how to preserve the one I am keeping for myself and my family... I wish I were an expert about preserving/preservation but I am not - I have researched and I do know these are not as old as Moses of Genesis but they are for sure - old!! My deceased aunt had them squirreled and I am finally after 2011 working through what she left me! The farm land was easy - she left me with remnants of her/uncles/aunts belongings...I have a huge project ahead of me, the biggest project is behind me...THIS is an auction - the signs belonged to my deceased aunt....I have researched - they are original copies, no copy cats! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
